You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. No excuses needed - just let us know you’d like to send it back.
How to Start a Return

Email us at billing@jinyequipment.com with your order number and the items you want to return.

We’ll send you the return instructions.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

You are responsible for return shipping costs — we recommend using a tracked service.

We do not cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Important Exclusions

Skateboards (decks): We do not accept returns on skateboard decks once gripped, assembled, or used. Please inspect your deck carefully before setup.

Socks: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks if the packaging has been opened.

Personalized or custom-made items also cannot be returned.
Refunds

We’ll refund the full product price plus standard shipping cost (if paid) once we receive and check the return.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days after processing.

Express delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
